This program focuses on the use of resorbable implants in paediatric trauma cases. Observers will have the opportunity to participate in surgeries, including elbow fractures (lateral condyle, medial epicondyle) treated with resorbable screws or pins, forearm fractures managed with resorbable intramedullary nailing, and lower extremity fractures such as patella, distal femur osteochondral, and distal tibial fractures. The observership includes not only surgical participation but also post-operative assessments, allowing for an evaluation of short- and medium-term outcomes in paediatric patients.
